Print Release
This photography print release grants Hannah Burch Photography’s client permission to print and reproduce high resolution images for personal use only. The client may not reproduce any images for commercial or editorial purposes, or enter any Hannah Burch Photography images into competition without the express written consent from Hannah Burch Photography. In accordance with USC Title 17 (US Copyright Law), Hannah Burch Photography retains copyright of all of its images.

If you are posting any of the digital files to social media (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram* etc.) or if you share or use any digital files from either Facebook or the Hannah Burch Photography website, you may not alter the image in any way and you must give credit to Hannah Burch Photography.

You may not alter the image(s) in any way by adding filters or presets. You may not re-edit, crop, remove the watermark, or alter the images in any way.

By using any of Hannah Burch Photography’s images, you are agreeing to the above terms.

Payment
A non-refundable initial retainer of $25 and signed contract must be secured prior to any services being performed by Photographer. Even if client VIEWS the contract, but does not sign it, the contract still applies if session was performed. Deposit can be used towards a future session if the client reschedules their session seven (7) days prior to the date scheduled. If the client does not cancel or reschedule within 7 days prior to session, they will forfeit their $25 deposit to serve as a cancellation fee. If client cancels within 48 hours prior to appointment, client is responsible for paying for their full session unless noted otherwise. Client is responsible for paying remainder session fee on or before day/time of scheduled session. The remainder payment can be made via Honeybook.com, Dubsado, PayPal, cash, or check.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates can be purchased upon request. They are non-refundable, non-transferable, and can not be redeemed for cash. They can only be redeemed by scheduling a session with Photographer Hannah Burch. Must present and surrender certificate at time of use.

Contracted Package
Includes all services described in selected package details reviewed and distributed to clients. Any additional services/products requested by the client incurred by Photographer will be billed directly to client at cost. All services contracted cannot be deducted, but additional services can be added.

For your convenience, payments to Photographer can be made through HoneyBook.com, PayPal, Dubsado, cash or check.

Provided Documentation
All documentation created and provided to client is owned and copy written by Photographer and cannot be used or given to any other 3rd party.

Liability
It is understood that Photographer is only liable for services completed and provided by Photographer. It is understood that in no event shall Photographer be liable for consequential damages of any kind.

Late Fee Policy
If client is more than 15 minutes late to session, a late fee of $25 will be charged to client. If client is more than 30 minutes late to session, a late fee of $50 will be charged to the client or the session and deposit will be forfeited. Photographer will determine outcome. ​

Responsibility
Photographer is not responsible for Acts Of God, Natural Disasters, an Act Of Government such as A Declaration of National or Local Emergency, or Other Incidents Not within the control of the Photographer, i.e. accident, death in the family, illness, pregnancy, or sudden tragic circumstance.

Payment Schedule and Method
For your convenience, payments can be made online via HoneyBook.com, Dubdaso or PayPal using a valid credit card. Otherwise, payment is to be made by cash or check.

Attorney
If legal action is necessary to enforce the terms of this contract the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney fees in additional to any other remedies to which that party might be legally entitled.

This contract does not include terms for mini sessions or weddings. It is intended for standard sessions only. Wedding and mini contracts are obtained when scheduling.
